Another APF Like Private Military entity starts up in Florida

Another American Police Force like Privatized Military entity pops up in Florida? After the much publicized efforts by Michael Hilton’s American Police Force (APF) failed attempt to take over local policing and set up a training facility and run the Two Rivers Prison in Hardin, Montana last September. There is now another upstart company that is setting up in the South Eastern United States named Jericho Defense Corp. There probably is no correlation between the two entities but the services to be provided are eerily similar.

Jericho Defense Corp. was founded to provide military tactical team training and security services within the military, governmental, and corporate sector. As a Private Security Company, Jericho provides ongoing services pertaining to the implementation of training, defense, protection, and security agendas to the global market. In the era of globalization, these services are critical in raising and maintaining levels of security in unstable but economically important areas of the world.

One of the area’s of commonality is the aspect of globalized private security services and training with some gearing towards the governmental sector. Whatever happened to Military forces and state and local police forces? Why are the big contractors not going after this business? APF and JDC appear to be complete startup organizations. My review of Internet records shows the Jericho Defense website was set up on April 20, 2009 with the contact being in Palmetto Florida. Search of Local records also confirmed this company was started in 2009 and has seven employees with estimated Revenues of $3.5M in 2009.

This starts to bring into play President Obama’s speech in July of 2008 where he said "We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded." Well apparently Private sector business appears lining up to provide said services. And the bigger goal post the Fort Hood Terrorist attack is what is Obama’s national security objective?

With the current world events, UN growing power, Copenhagen Cap and Trade Treaty, and the United States move towards Socialism these small stories bear tracking. Is all this globalization and private policing/training in place to support a New World Order? Or is it being put in place to stop those opposed to it?
